• All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after purchase
• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
• Weekend/holiday orders begin next business day
• Processing may extend during high demand periods
• Shipping confirmation email with tracking is sent once shipped
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
• Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days after shipment
• Expedited Shipping: 5–10 business days after shipment
• 7–21 business days depending on destination
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather, or other external factors.
Shipping Carriers
Orders may ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or equivalent carriers depending on location and service availability.
Carrier selection may vary.
Order Tracking
• Tracking number sent via email after shipment
• Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update
• Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking
Address Accuracy
ENVAUSY is not responsible for:
• Incorrect shipping addresses entered by customer
• Missing apartment/unit numbers
• Delivery issues due to incorrect information
Reshipping fees may apply if returned.
Lost or Stolen Packages
• Responsibility transfers once marked delivered
• Not responsible for stolen or missing packages after delivery
• Customers should contact carrier first
Assistance may be provided but is not guaranteed.

International Shipping & Customs

Order Changes & Cancellations
• Orders can only be changed before shipment
• Once shipped → no changes or cancellations
Damaged Packages
Customers must contact within 48 hours and provide:
• Order number
• Photos of unopened damaged packaging
• Photos of unopened product
Resolution: Replacement or store credit at discretion
Split Shipments
Orders may ship separately based on inventory or logistics.
Tracking provided for each shipment.
