No Refunds or Returns
ENVAUSY does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Due to the personal and intimate nature of fragrance products, all sales are final.
This policy applies to:
- Opened fragrance oils
- Used products
- Sampler sets
- Discounted or promotional items
- Change-of-mind purchases
Once an order is placed and shipped, it cannot be returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
ENVAUSY will correct issues if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Photo of the item (unopened)
- Photo of the packaging (unopened)
Upon verification, we will provide either a replacement item or store credit at our discretion.
Shipping Issues
ENVAUSY is not responsible for:
- Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer
- Packages marked as delivered but not received
- Carrier delays
- Customs or international shipping delays
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Please double-check your address before completing your order.
Fragrance Disclaimer
Fragrance preference is highly subjective and personal. Disliking a scent does not constitute a product defect.
We encourage customers to explore our sampler options before committing to full-size products.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
To request a cancellation, contact us immediately.
